Coffee Cake

I kind of had to translate this one because the instructions seemed out of order. I do remember it was tasty. If you make this one, let me know how it turns out.

1 1/2 cup flour

1 cup brown sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 pound butter

1 egg

1/2 cup milk

Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Hold half the mixture for the topping. Cut the butter into the rest and add the egg and milk to balance. Put in an 8 inch pan and add topping. Bake for 25 minutes at 375 degrees.
